Who does Revive Behavioral Health serve?
Adults age 18 and older. The practice does not provide child or adolescent psychiatry.
Are in-person appointments available?
No. All appointments are currently conducted by secure video. There are no walk-in or in-person visits.
Where must I be during a telehealth appointment?
You must be physically located in an eligible state—currently Maryland or Michigan—and in a private, safe setting.
What happens during the first appointment?
The first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation covering symptoms, history, medications, functioning, safety and treatment goals.
Will I receive medication at the first appointment?
Not necessarily. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate after evaluation.
Does the practice provide psychotherapy?
Revive focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Therapy may be recommended separately.
Does Dr. Warraich accept UnitedHealthcare?
Your exact UnitedHealthcare or Optum plan must be verified for services billed by Revive Behavioral Health. Another directory listing does not guarantee coverage through this practice.
What should I include in an appointment request?
Only basic contact, state and insurance information. Do not include detailed medical history, medication lists, Social Security numbers or insurance-card images.
What if I am experiencing a psychiatric crisis?
Call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department. Revive is not an emergency service.
